Life is for LivingDon't just visit the world; explore its infinite possibilities 'As a coach I believe that everyone deserves to live their best life. Do not wish to be anything but what you are, and try to be that perfectly.
Some people dream things and say, 'Why?' but I dream things and say,
'Why not?' Penny has been coaching since 2002. She was trained and accredited by the Coaching Academy, the largest coaching organisation in Europe and passed all her exams with distinction. She is experienced in coaching in the following areas:
Penny started Life Beyond Teaching to help teachers gain work/life balance and to support retiring teachers or those leaving the profession move on into other areas. A life coach gives people confidence and ability to move forward in a positive manner in the areas of their life where they crave change. Life coaching is about breaking down barriers that prevent this change from happening and creating the ideal environment for the positive action to take place. It is a totally holistic approach that looks at the present and sets goals for a successful future. Life Coaching is not designed to support individuals in times of deep crisis or serious emotional trauma. It is not designed to help individuals overcome feelings of intense grief, deep depression or other psychological conditions. It is not counselling or therapy. Life Coaching does not teach, show or demonstrate how to approach new situations, nor does it give people answers or solutions to their problems. Coaching is about helping clients to explore their own solutions; the agenda belongs to the client. Coaching is not mentoring. A life coach encourages and facilitates clients in identifying their
own personal challenges, dreams and goals and works alongside each client
to help them to achieve those self-defined goals.' The relationship between client and coach is totally confidential and
adheres to the Coaching Academy's Professional Code of Conduct. Coaching Testimonials:I highly recommend Penny as a coach. I always look forward to our sessions and enjoy them as we work towards achieving my goals. It amazes me what results can be achieved in just a single session. When we first started I would never have thought I would be doing the things I am now. Trusting her and achieving a comfortable rapport is very easy with Penny as she really steps into your shoes.' NJI 'Thank you for giving me the motivation and inspired guidance to help me move on where I was stuck in a negative comfort zone. You kick-started me into action by helping me focus and visualise changes. It helped enormously having someone I could report my progress to who was interested, enthusiastic and positive I felt I had someone on my side who was saying, 'Go on, you can do it!' AT Penny's coaching gave me the support and impetus to turn my life around. It raised my self-belief and self-esteem to the level that was necessary to challenge and extend my comfort zone.' LH 'I would just like to say how skilful and sensitive you are as a coach. Your use of questioning helped me to make some really difficult decisions. You are a very astute and professional coach and I would have no hesitation in recommending you.' TR Content ©Copyright Penny Freeston 2010 |
